We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver major business and technology initiatives with a strong focus on risk, compliance, and governance uplift. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners to ensure disciplined delivery across complex, highly regulated environments. You will help drive organisational maturity, navigate compliance obligations, and support strategic decision-making across multiple high-impact workstreams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of key business and technology projects
• Manage planning, scheduling, budgets, risks, issues and reporting
• Build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams
• Support solution discussions by understanding business strategy and technical environments
• Produce project documentation (scopes, schedules, risks, status reports)
• Monitor progress against milestones and dependencies
• Provide clear, timely updates to executives and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• 5–10+ years’ experience in Financial Services 
• Knowledge of registry systems, CRM platforms or similar FS systems
• Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial, governance and reporting skills
• Understanding of change management principles

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, IT, Business, Management or similar
• PRINCE2, PMP, CPPM or Agile certifications (advantageous)
