As part of our proven recruitment methodology, we always conduct right to work checks early on, and interview candidates at least once during the screening and assessment stage.
However, some employers prefer to conduct additional assessments and psychometric tests to qualify candidates for a role.
We can access over 700 of these assessments through our supplier network and tailor a plan to suit your needs.
Types of assessments .
Whether there’s a need to test soft skills, technical skills or both through an external testing facility, we’ll make it happen. We also organise identity and criminal background checks where this is a condition of employment.

Psychometric testing
Psychometric tests are broad in application and can assess:

Behavioral profiling
Behavioural profiling is a useful way to determine someone’s default settings. It can be done as part of a psychometric assessment or on its own.
Some well known behavioural tests include the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator and DISC assessment.
This assessment type can be useful for recruitment and coaching, but also to help teams work together better.
Registration, medical and identity checks
For some positions, such as in security roles, there are a number of assessments that are necessary conditions associated with being able to perform a role.
We can organise pre-employment medicals, identity and other background checks as necessary to streamline the recruitment process.
