Overview
We’re partnering with a well-known organisation based in Brisbane, currently kicking off a high-impact piece of work across their core banking ecosystem. We’re looking for a skilled Analyst Engineer with strong experience across the Fiserv product suite who can step in and add value from day one.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with business and tech teams, and being the “go-to” person for core systems, this is a great opportunity to join a major delivery effort.
About the Role
In this contract role, you’ll be supporting and enhancing the organisation’s Fiserv landscape — covering Signature, Teller, Aperio, Communicator and FDA. The work spans analysis, engineering, troubleshooting, and ensuring stability across core banking platforms during a busy delivery period.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to unpack requirements, guide design decisions, resolve issues, and keep enhancements and integrations running smoothly.

You’ll be doing things like:
- Providing deep functional and technical support across the Fiserv suite
- Working across analysis, problem-solving and configuration activities
- Translating business needs into system changes or enhancements
- Supporting integrations, data flows and incident resolution
- Partnering with cross-functional teams throughout delivery
- Ensuring stability and quality across core banking systems
About You
You thrive in complex financial services environments and enjoy being the subject matter expert people rely on. You’re comfortable diving into detail, working across both business and technical teams, and turning ambiguity into clear, actionable outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Hands-on experience across the Fiserv product suite — Signature, Teller, Aperio, Communicator, FDA (essential)
- Strong Analyst/Engineer capability across functional and technical work
- Solid understanding of core banking processes and system behaviour
- Experience delivering in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
