About the role

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to assist them in deliver several initiatives. This includes commencement of the modernisation program. They require the skills of a Business Analyst to ensure the project can iteratively deliver the required outcomes.
 

Key responsibilities

• Performing business requirements analysis by evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and communicating and documenting business requirements and the functional solutions.
• Lead meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with various stakeholders.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and users to identify and document business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.
• Monitoring deliverables, business acceptance and sign-offs, and ensuring timely completion of activities and work packages.

Skills and experience

• Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of a large size and complexity.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders both technical and business.
• Facilitate input from stakeholders and work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements.
• Establish requirements base-lines, obtain formal agreement to requirements, and ensure requirements traceability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify recommendations for improvements.
