An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking Technology division within a large, complex environment. This role offers the chance to combine hands-on business process analysis with a broader capability uplift across process governance and documentation standards. You will work closely with key stakeholders to document current state processes, assess their suitability for automation, and design a structured, standardised process mapping framework that promotes consistency, quality and long-term sustainability.
Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to capture and document end-to-end business processes.
Develop clear, structured process maps that accurately reflect workflows, decision points and dependencies.
Analyse documented processes to identify risks, duplication and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities.
Produce a prioritised register of improvement and RPA opportunities, including high-level benefits, risks and complexity considerations.
Support the RPA project team in expanding and refining identified automation opportunities.
Deliver structured knowledge transfer and ensure documentation meets agreed professional standards.
Design and document a standardised Business Process Mapping Framework, incorporating governance and modelling conventions.
Provide practical guidance to internal teams to enable sustainable, ongoing use of the framework.
Experience identifying and shaping RPA opportunities within enterprise environments.
Proven capability in developing and embedding process governance frameworks.
Background in public sector or highly regulated environments.
