I’m currently partnering with a well-established organisation that’s looking to bring on a Business Analyst into their Technology team to support a steady pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives, minor works, and small-to-mid sized projects across the business.
This is a great opportunity for a BA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and is confident translating business needs into clear requirements that technical teams can estimate and deliver against.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into clear documentation to support scope and effort estimates
• Work closely with technical teams to explore options and support solution design
• Review current state processes and contribute to future state improvements
• Maintain strong alignment between business expectations and delivery teams
• Support UAT planning and execution (including test cases/scenarios)
• Assist during go-live activities and facilitate handover to support
• Work independently or within a cross-functional delivery team as required

You’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience working as a BA within Technology / IT delivery streams
• Strong exposure to Agile delivery environments (Scrum + Kanban)
• Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting testing and UAT activities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Confidence working across both business and technical teams
• Experience in change, training, and communications is highly regarded
