As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our cloud-based platform, collaborating across product, delivery, data, and AI teams to translate ideas into clear, actionable requirements. If you’re passionate about SaaS, agile delivery, and excited to grow your skills in AI-informed product development, this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

•   Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and end users
•   Break down product needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prepare backlog items for sprints
• Contribute to AI use case definition and support data mapping and compliance alignment
• Create and maintain artefacts such as workflows, user flows, and decision trees
•   Assist with testing support, scenario definition, and validation of functionality

What you’ll bring:

•   3- 5 years of experience in business analysis or digital product delivery
•  Experience with SaaS platforms or cloud-based enterprise systems
•  Ability to document user stories, workflows, and interface requirements
•   Familiarity with Agile concepts and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
•   Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
•   Analytical mindset with an eye for detail
