We’re seeking a Change Analyst to join a high-profile ERP transformation program and support the successful delivery of key SAP initiatives. Working closely with business and project stakeholders, you’ll lead change, communication, training, and readiness activities across Asset & Inventory Management and the broader SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments
• Business readiness planning and delivery
• Communications strategy and campaign development
• Training needs analysis and learning support
• Change Network coordination
• Cutover, go-live and post-implementation support
• SharePoint content management

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience in change management, communications and business readiness
• Strong ERP transformation experience
• SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA project exposure
• Asset Management or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive engagement across large organisations
• Experience working within agile delivery environments

Nice to Have

• Prosci, CCMP or similar Change Management certification
