Overview

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Change Analyst to support the delivery of a business-focused uplift program in the education sector. This role will be central to assessing the impacts of change, creating clear and engaging communications, and working closely with schools and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption. As this is a contract role, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse and assess the impact of change on people, processes, and school operations.
  • Develop and deliver tailored communications to keep principals, teachers, and education stakeholders engaged.
  • Support readiness assessments, adoption activities, and stakeholder engagement across schools and central teams.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of change management plans, including communications, training, and feedback loops.
  • Maintain change management tools, templates, and registers.
  • Monitor adoption and progress, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

 

About you

  • Strong understanding of school operations, classroom practices, and educational standards.
  • Proven experience supporting organisational or program-level change, ideally in education, government, or large public sector environments.
  • Practical knowledge of change management principles and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse education audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across schools and central teams.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities in dynamic settings.
  • Relevant qualifications in change management, communications, or a related field.
