Overview
We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the education sector to deliver an exciting uplift and success program designed to transform the way learning is experienced. As part of this initiative, we’re seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator who is passionate about making education more engaging, inclusive, and impactful.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Lead Content Creator to refresh and rebrand existing materials while also developing new resources that inspire both students and teachers. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to driving positive change in education, ensuring that every piece of content not only informs but also resonates with its audience across a range of platforms.
About the role
This is an opportunity to use your creativity to make a real difference in education. As Content Creator, you’ll work at the heart of a transformative program, collaborating with experts to design and deliver resources that not only meet curriculum standards but also inspire and engage. You’ll have the scope to shape meaningful content across multiple formats, ensuring every learner and teacher has the tools they need to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing curriculum-aligned resources that support teaching and learning outcomes.
- Creating engaging content across digital, print, video, and interactive formats.
- Producing high-quality media such as animations, podcasts, and simulations from concept to completion.
- Reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact.
- Collaborating with educators and cross-functional teams to deliver purposeful, inclusive resources.
- Keeping ahead of trends and tools in educational technology and content development.
About You
You’re an innovative content creator who understands the realities of today’s classrooms and has the skills to design resources that truly make a difference. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Education know-how — strong awareness of school operations, curriculum standards, and frameworks.
- Content design expertise — skilled in creating engaging, curriculum-aligned resources for P–12 learners.
- Creative and technical skills — confident using Canva Pro, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and authoring tools.
- Collaboration & communication — able to simplify complex ideas and work well with diverse teams.
- Analytical & innovative — data-driven, feedback-focused, and eager to improve learning outcomes.
- Qualifications & experience — degree in Education, Design, or related field plus 2–3 years in content creation.
- Mandatory: Eligible to work in Australia, hold a Blue Card (WWCC), and complete a National Criminal History Check.
