About the role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to join a multidisciplinary Agile team supporting the development and enhancement of CRM capabilities within an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

Must have Baseline or higher security clearance. Initial contract is 12 months and comes with 2×12 months of extension. Open to all states of Australia. 
 

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions, including tables, relationships, forms, views, model driven apps, business rules and dashboards.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, plugins and Power Automate flows based on user stories and functional requirements.
• Develop and configure CRM integrations to support data flows between enterprise systems, including Azure SQL, finance systems and Power Pages.
• Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 security models, including security roles, teams, business units, access controls and field level security.
• Support data migration and data quality activities, including data mapping, cleansing and repeatable imports or scripts.
• Contribute to Power Platform application lifecycle management and release processes across development, testing and production environments.
• Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, including source control, pipelines and deployment automation.
• Develop and maintain enterprise integrations using technologies such as Dataverse Web API, Azure Service Bus, REST, Azure SQL and C#/.NET.
• Contribute to Power Platform governance, monitoring, troubleshooting and operational support.
• Maintain and contribute to technical design documentation and support effective BAU handover.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary Agile team, engaging with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
   

Highly desirable criteria

• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Demonstrated experience developing Dataverse solutions, including plugins, Power Automate and model driven applications.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution management and environment strategies.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with enterprise integrations involving Dataverse Web API, Azure Service Bus, REST APIs and Azure SQL.
• Experience with C#/.NET development within a Dynamics 365 or Dataverse environment.
   

Desirable criteria

• Experience working within Australian Government environments.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 integrations, particularly SharePoint Online.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, including DLP policies and connector management.
• Experience with secure by design and DevSecOps practices, including least privilege, secrets management, technical reviews and change control.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed Agile teams.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, configuration, customisation and extensibility.
• Experience implementing server side business logic using plugins, workflows, Power Automate and Dynamics 365 processes.
• Experience developing dashboards, charts and reports for business users.
• Demonstrated understanding of CRM security, auditing and access controls.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, cleansing and data quality activities.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform ALM and release management, including managed and unmanaged solutions and environment strategies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and technologies, including REST, Dataverse Web API, Azure Service Bus and Azure SQL.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast paced Agile environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements while maintaining a strong delivery focus.
• Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to support effective handover into BAU.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline security clearance.
