I’m currently working with an organisation delivering a large transformation program and we’re looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to step in and drive the final phase of the migration workstream.
This role is a strong focus on leadership, coordination and delivery oversight to ensure the migration is executed successfully and lands smoothly.
You’ll take ownership of the migration plan and run sheet, ensuring the right sequencing, governance and controls are in place ahead of cutover. A key part of the role will also be validating the migration approach and data quality, ensuring the data being moved is accurate and fit for purpose.
You’ll work closely with the Integration Lead to ensure system dependencies are aligned and integrations are ready. The environment is largely Microsoft-based, so experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be highly beneficial. Exposure to Workday integrations or similar ERP/HR platform environments would also be advantageous
• Proven experience leading enterprise data migrations or ERP transformations
• Strong experience managing cutover planning and migration execution
• Ability to bring structure and leadership to complex programs in their final stages
• Experience working in Microsoft-based environments (Dynamics preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery oversight
