Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Solutions Architect for our commercial client on a fixed term contract until October 2026. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in application development, infrastructure creation, and the deployment of digital solutions. You will play a key role in shaping complex application environments that integrate enterprise on-premise and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities 

• Co-develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performing digital health platforms and clinical information systems.

• Lead integration of health record systems with clinical and administrative platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering best practices in system architecture and implementation.

• Implement robust security protocols to protect patient data and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, swiftly resolving issues to enhance user experience.

• Stay updated on healthcare IT trends, proposing innovations to improve clinical workflows and patient care.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to reusable project-level best practices.

• Act as a feedback channel for product teams and collaborate to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Skills 

• Familiar with HL7 messaging and medical data exchange; knowledge of InterSystems Data Management Software is a plus.

• Experienced with MS SQL Server, middleware, and integration platforms (REST APIs).

• Strong expertise in enterprise networking, cloud security, and SIEM solutions.

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, application development, and cloud solutions, particularly within healthcare or regulated industries.

• Proficient in VxRail, VMware, and hyper-converged infrastructure environments.

• Deep knowledge of Nursecall, Patient Entertainment Systems, and healthcare facility management systems.

• Skilled in Digital Workplace technologies, including Windows 10/11, M365, and mobility/virtual desktops.

• Proven track record of leading projects from design to deployment with a focus on testing and implementation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
