We’re looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer to drive the development of innovative web solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the front-end strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring top-tier performance and usability.

Responsibilities

• Set best practices and coding standards and mentor/lead a front-end development team. 
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable front-end components.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Work with VueJS front-end framework.
• Implement UI/UX best practices and optimise front-end performance.
• Utilise Figma or similar tools for wireframing and user journey visualisation.
• Maintain and enhance design systems using tools like Storybook.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and agile methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in VueJS.
• Excellent UI/UX design knowledge with experience in Figma or equivalent tools.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user journey visualisation.
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture and reusable component libraries.
• Experience with front-end performance optimisation techniques.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and front-end build tools.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience working with design systems and tools like Storybook.
