Overview

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic SharePoint Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support in the delivery and operation of information systems and services across educational communities.

As a SharePoint Administrator, you will support applications developed by the Learning and Student Technology team, including SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, and mobile applications. You will focus on analysis, development, administration, user support, and operational activities to ensure the smooth and effective operation of systems.

Key responsibilities

• Align with the organisation’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities in your daily work
• Implement, configure, and support learning, teaching, and administrative software systems
• Research new software tools and methods to enhance system performance
• Provide technical solutions and support for assigned applications and systems
• Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure high availability
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications and systems.
• Work within an Agile team to achieve team goals and deliver high-quality service to users
• Build strong, collaborative relationships within the team and across departments

Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in SharePoint support and administration (both Online and on-prem)
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide timely and effective solutions
• Familiarity with Power Platform to create custom applications and automate workflows
• Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and implement IT solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
