Overview

We’re working with a growing Australian SaaS company that modernises how their clients serve their communities. They’re now looking for a confident, tech-curious Implementation Specialist to join their Brisbane-based team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to support full SaaS implementation cycles — from early discovery through to post-go-live support and training. If you’re someone who loves learning on the job, enjoys collaborating with clients, and is eager to grow into a full consulting role, this is the role for you.

About the role 

• Assist with SaaS implementations for local government clients
• Participate in project meetings, discovery sessions, and configuration workshops
• Help configure software to suit council workflows and requirements
• Deliver user training, assist in system testing, and support go-live rollout
• Provide post-go-live support, answering user questions and helping with adoption
• Shadow senior consultants to learn how to manage client relationships, solve problems, and run workshops
• Occasionally attend client sites to support training or onboarding sessions
• Act as the key point of contact once deals are closed — helping clients get value from the product

About you 

• 3 years experience working with SaaS or software products (support, onboarding, or training)
• Strong communication skills — confident presenting, running sessions, or guiding users
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Collaborative, coachable, and eager to grow
• Enjoys working with clients and building relationships
• Bonus: Experience with local government or councils
• Ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a fully-fledged Implementation Consultant
