As an Implementation & Support Coordinator, you will drive the successful implementation of the cloud-based product, manage project scoping, and provide exceptional customer support. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter who excels in delivering outstanding customer experiences and with a background in product implementation.
Responsibilities
Project Scoping:

Assist in the development of technical scoping documents based on client requirements. Providing pre-sales technical and implementation advice
Implementation & Rollout:
-
Oversee software implementations, user training, and integration for new and existing clients.

Assess client needs and configurations for smooth integration and optimal performance. Train clients on platform usage, configuration, and best practices.

Update technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides. Coordinate with management and stakeholders to meet project timelines and standards
Continuous Improvement:
-
Manage post-implementation programs and client feedback to improve overall experience. Provide feedback to product and development teams to enhance platform performance.

Optimize support workflows for efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices to improve customer support.
Skills and experience
-
3 – 5 years in a similar role
-
Experience in software implementation and self-driven roles.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and advanced troubleshooting skills.

Ability to develop knowledge and documentation independently

Familiar with project management tools such as Gantt Charts.

Ability to priority to management issued effective
