Overview

We’re partnering with a large enterprise to find a hands-on Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead key streams in a Windows 10 to 11 refresh. This is a delivery-first role — focused on execution rather than project management. You’ll coordinate vendors, teams, and stakeholders to ensure upgrades are delivered smoothly across Australia.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager but your primary focus is getting results. You’ll own multiple workstreams, track progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

About the Role

You’ll deliver multiple workstreams within a national Windows refresh program, including desktop and laptop upgrades. Working closely with the Project Manager, your focus is on execution and results, coordinating vendors, teams, and stakeholders to ensure deployments are on time and meet standards. You’ll track progress, manage risks, support change requests, and maintain project documentation. This role suits someone who thrives on hands-on delivery and achieving tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Windows 10 to 11 upgrades and hardware refreshes nationwide
• Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and third parties
• Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Produce status reports and Steering Committee packs
• Manage change requests and maintain governance standards
• Support planning, scheduling, and rollout activities across sites

About You

You’re an organised, hands-on delivery professional with experience in large-scale infrastructure deployments. You thrive juggling multiple workstreams and building strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years as an IT Delivery Manager
• Desktop/laptop refresh and infrastructure deployment experience
• Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills
• Experience in enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with MS Project, Teams, Excel; Jira and Project Online desirable
• SAP (Procurement/Project modules) experience a plus
• Proactive, outcomes-focused, and confident communicating with stakeholders
