I’m currently partnering with a well-established organisation to find a IT Project Manager / Scrum Master who can step into a fast-paced environment and drive delivery across a portfolio of Applications and Data & Insights projects.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple small-to-medium projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in supporting Agile practices across the team.

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and change control
• Provide clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders, PMO, and senior leadership
• Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive outcomes
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management and sprint readiness
• Help embed Agile ways of working within the broader project environment

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who can balance structured project delivery with Agile ways of working.
You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (5+ years)
• Strong Scrum Master / Agile delivery experience
• Experience delivering data, analytics, or applications projects
• Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Confidence working within PMO frameworks and governance structures
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
