About the role
Join our growing Brisbane branch as an Engagement Specialist and help job seekers and contractors find their next role.
The Engagement Specialist position is dynamic and fast-paced, often emphasised by short deadlines. So, you’ll never have a dull moment. But you’ll share these moments with a tight-knit and inclusive team in Brisbane. In addition, your passionate and highly invested Team Lead will ensure you have all the support you need to meet your career potential.
As an Engagement Specialist, you’ll undertake an industry-leading induction training program. You’ll also have direct and ongoing access to coaching and development following this initial training. So, within the first year, you’ll confidently manage multiple roles at once.
Of course, the best part of your job will be the satisfaction that comes from connecting candidates with career-changing opportunities. The extra benefit will be the uncapped earnings as you become more and more proficient!
