At Exclaim IT, we partner with some of Queensland’s leading commercial organisations and government departments to deliver high-quality technology talent solutions. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for driven and ambitious experienced IT Recruiters to join our Brisbane team.

We currently have two opportunities available – one supporting our Commercial  team and one within our Government team.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced recruiters and Account Managers, build strong industry networks, and further develop your career in IT recruitment across both commercial and government sectors within a well-established Brisbane recruitment team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality IT candidates for live client opportunities
• Partnering closely with Account Managers to deliver successful recruitment outcomes
• Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and preparation sessions
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across in-demand technology skill sets
• Managing candidate applications, submissions, and onboarding support
• Identifying market opportunities and generating leads for the Sales team
• Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience within an ICT/technology recruitment agency
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency and professionalism
