About the role

Lead and effectively manage the change management activities related to the ICT enabled projects, utilising the ICT OCM Framework. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing organisational change management and communications strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
 

Key responsibilities

• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to ensure the project changes are embedded smoothly into the business.
• Identify and engage with project stakeholders to assess the business impacts of the change in the areas of technology, organisational, people and processes.
• Create change management strategy providing strategic and tactical advice.
• Lead a small team of resources for the organisational change management training and communication activities required to support the implementation phase of the project if applicable.
• Have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
• Complete the initial complexity assessment to scope out the level of change required.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience leading change management for ICT-enabled projects using structured methodologies (e.g. Prosci), including strategy development, impact analysis, resistance management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Skilled in developing and executing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and coordinating training schedules and materials to support change adoption.
• Ability to influence and support senior leaders and project stakeholders across technology, process, and organisational changes, providing strategic advice and coaching throughout the change lifecycle.
• Demonstrated capability to integrate OCM activities within broader project plans, working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure change initiatives align with implementation timelines.
• Experienced in tracking readiness, defining success metrics, monitoring adoption, managing risk, and ensuring business readiness and post-implementation benefit realisation.
