We’re partnering with a enterprise organisation delivering major, technology initiatives — and they’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead two high-impact workstreams across integration and data.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll run two technical delivery teams, manage governance and stakeholders, and ensure outcomes land on time, with quality and confidence.

The role

As the Project Manager – Integration & Operational Data Store, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of:

• Third-party integration with a strategic partner’s Enterprise Insurance Platform
• Operational Data Store (ODS) implementation plus an Agent Commissions database, integrated into core enterprise systems
• You’ll be the central point of coordination across internal teams, solution delivery leads, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners — keeping delivery structured, transparent, and moving forward.

Key responsibilities

Project leadership & governance:

• Lead and coordinate two technical delivery teams, each led by a Solution Delivery Lead
• Establish and maintain governance: risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation pathways
• Ensure delivery aligns with organisational standards and methodologies

Delivery management:

• Oversee integration delivery, including member data migration and CRM synchronisation
• Deliver the ODS and commissions database end-to-end, including enterprise application integration
• Track and manage scope, schedule, budget, milestones and quality outcomes
• Drive cross-team collaboration and dependency management

Stakeholder engagement:

• Act as the key liaison between technical teams, business leaders and external partners
• Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Manage expectations and maintain alignment across the project lifecycle

Agile practices & tools:

• Support delivery leads to run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Ensure effective backlog prioritisation and sprint execution
• Use JIRA / Confluence to manage tracking, reporting and delivery transparency

Risk & issue management:

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and delivery blockers
• Implement contingency planning and escalate critical issues early

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stream technical projects
• Experience managing multiple delivery teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and enterprise platforms
• Solid Agile delivery capability and strong tool experience (JIRA/Confluence)
• Confident communication style — able to translate technical delivery into business outcomes
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities
