About the role
Our client is responsible for managing some of the largest and most complex ICT environments in Australia. We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Process Coordinator.
Are you passionate about optimizing IT service management processes and driving continuous improvement? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Process Coordinator to join the team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and enhancement of specific ITSM practices. As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day execution of ITSM processes, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Practice Lead and Process Manager to develop a comprehensive plan for implementing and executing the ITSM process, defining objectives, key activities, and timelines.
- Work closely with the customer, other IT providers, and Process Managers to design and document the process workflow, activities, roles, and responsibilities.
- Ensure that process documentation is up-to-date, comprehensive, and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
- Execute the ITSM process on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with process owners, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and address any challenges that arise.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with Process Managers and stakeholders to implement changes, including analysing feedback and conducting proactive reviews.
- Assist in measuring process performance through verification, analysis, and traceability reporting.
Skills required
- Hold active status & maintain a minimum Government Security Clearance
- Able and willing to participate in a Pre-engagement integrity checks (PEIC)
- Proven experience in coordinating process execution in an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management environment, with specific experience in the relevant practice aligned to your role.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and implement best practice policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with strong technical writing, reporting, and documentation abilities.
- A demonstrated ability to consider the end-to-end business value of process activities.
