About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Profisee Technical Architect to lead the design, implementation and operation of an enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform within a complex government environment.
This is a hands on technical role suited to a Senior Technical Architect, Lead MDM Consultant or Principal Data Architect with strong experience delivering Profisee MDM solutions across enterprise environments.

This role requires an active Baseline AGSVA security clearance prior to commencement, with the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 AGSVA security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end to end design and implementation of Profisee MDM solutions.
• Configure and administer the Profisee platform, including Master Data domains, Reference Data, hierarchies, matching and survivorship rules, data quality rules, stewardship workflows and security models.
• Design and implement enterprise data models and information architectures for complex organisations.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, ETL and ELT pipelines, Microsoft Fabric and other enterprise integration platforms.
• Design and implement data ingestion, mastering, publication and syndication patterns.
• Deploy, configure and support Profisee within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and environment automation.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, performance and data related issues across development, testing and production environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to development and support teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and data stewards to establish effective data governance and data management practices.
• Support the implementation and operationalisation of enterprise MDM capabilities through to production.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the Program management team.
   

Highly desirable criteria

• Extensive hands on experience designing, deploying, configuring and supporting enterprise Profisee MDM solutions.
• Strong experience configuring and managing:

• Strong understanding of MDM operating models, governance frameworks and master data lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated experience implementing data quality, data stewardship and golden record management processes.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise MDM platforms from initial design through to production deployment and operational support.
• Strong experience designing and building enterprise data models and information architectures for complex organisations.
• Hands on experience developing integrations using REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, ETL and ELT pipelines and enterprise messaging or integration platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud native architectures.
   

Desirable criteria

• Experience implementing Profisee MDM within Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Purview and Power BI.
• Experience working within government, regulated industries or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Experience deploying and supporting containerised platforms and Kubernetes based solutions.
• Relevant certifications in Azure Architecture, Azure Engineering, Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture and/or Profisee MDM.
   

Skills and experience

• The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, MDM Consultant, Data Architect or similar senior technical role.
• Demonstrated enterprise level experience with Profisee MDM.
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management, data governance, data quality and data stewardship.
• Strong architecture and technical delivery capabilities across complex enterprise environments.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and associated data and integration services.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, ETL/ELT and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting technical delivery teams and resolving complex platform and integration issues.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• The ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands on with platform configuration, integration and delivery.
• An active Baseline AGSVA security clearance prior to commencement and the ability to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting Level 1.
