About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of the Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) for a large government department. This program will involve the deployment of SuccessFactors EC, ECP (Employee Central Payroll), and HCM (Human Capital Management) modules starting with Recruitment and Onboarding modules, as part of an integrated, complex enterprise system implementation.
The Program Manager will work directly with the Executive Director of HCMS, taking guidance and direction from them while leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the HCMS program, to ensure the integration of SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and HCM modules is successfully achieved.
- Provide leadership to program teams, including internal resources, third-party vendors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee all aspects of the program lifecycle, from initial scoping and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency in program progress, issues, and risks.
- Manage the program team’s resources, ensuring tasks are properly assigned and deadlines are met against approved project schedules.
Highly desirable
- Minimum of 5-7 years of program management experience, At least 3 years on enterprise-wide HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) implementation, preferably with SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and HCM.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex programs in government or similar regulated industries.
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels across the Department.
- Strong understanding of HCMS modules, cloud-based HR solutions, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in managing cross-functional program teams, including stakeholder governance forums including IT, HR, legal, and finance.
