We are seeking an experienced Program Test Manager to join our client on a 6 month contract. This role will be responsible for ensuring the QA Framework is consistently applied across technology projects, while overseeing release management and ensuring project portfolios are delivered to plan.
Quality Assurance Leadership – Lead and manage the implementation of project systems and ensure data integrity in line with the QA Framework
Release Management – Oversee the planning, monitoring, and reporting of technology programs and projects, identifying dependencies and implementing risk mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with project and program managers, providing expert advice and recommendations to improve quality assurance, testing, and planning practices
Resource Management – Oversee allocation, optimisation, and performance of QA and testing resources across complex applications, infrastructure programs, and projects
Testing Governance – Manage enterprise testing strategies, ensuring alignment with project objectives, regulatory standards, and the QA framework
Automation Framework Development – Implement and manage automated testing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and support continuous integration and delivery
Methodology Support – Provide guidance across Agile, Waterfall, and ASAP delivery methodologies, ensuring fit-for-purpose approaches are applied
8–10 years of experience in quality assurance and testing within a large and complex IT environment
Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and resources
Professional QA, Testing, or Program Management qualifications (desirable)
Agile Methodology certification (desirable)
