Our client is embarking on a significant business transformation program to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the organisation.
We’re seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration or coordination experience who has worked in a project environment and is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised and moving forward, while working closely with experienced project professionals.
About the role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be central to ensuring projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Day to day, you will:
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and workshops
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and progress tracking
- Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain project documentation, registers, and shared folders
- Track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Assist with stakeholder reporting and project updates
- Manage logistics for workshops, events, and program activities
- Act as a key point of contact for project queries and information flow across the program
About you
This role will suit someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and keen to build a career in project delivery.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in an administration, coordination, or project support role
- Previous experience working within a project environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, team-focused approach and a willingness to learn and grow
