The Opportunity
This is a critical role within the transformation program, sitting at the intersection of people, process, and technology. You will be responsible for ensuring that change lands effectively across the organisation by driving stakeholder engagement, developing training programs, managing project communications, and building the readiness frameworks that support successful adoption at scale.
You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and senior business leaders, acting as the bridge between project delivery and the people it affects.

- Design and deliver training programs and materials tailored to diverse user groups, including e-learning modules, user guides, and in-app guidance
- Manage and maintain project SharePoint sites and communication channels to ensure information is accurate and accessible
- Develop and implement readiness plans, monitor adoption metrics, and report on outcomes to senior leadership
- Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve communication, training, and support approaches
- Collaborate with project teams to align enablement activities with key milestones and delivery schedules
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years experience in project enablement, change management, or training design and delivery
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale business transformation programs
- Strong proficiency with Articulate (Storyline/Rise), Canva, and SharePoint
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible messaging for varied audiences
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline
A background in a PMO environment or a project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM would be well regarded.
