We’re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of medium-sized application projects across all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure. This is a hands-on leadership role within a dynamic technology environment, driving the successful delivery of key business initiatives within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of multiple IT application projects, managing their day-to-day execution using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage IT Applications projects from initiation to closure in line with the Project Management Plan.

Oversee project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.

Provide regular reporting to the Steering Committee, senior management, and IT PMO on project progress, risks, and issues.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and strategic partners to ensure aligned delivery.

Manage RAID and Change Control Registers, project cost models, and schedules.

Finalise projects through structured handover, asset transfer, and financial closure.
About You
You’re a proactive and outcomes-driven Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading cross-functional teams. You bring a strong mix of delivery discipline, stakeholder management, and adaptability.
Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing IT projects in medium-to-large organisations.

Proven experience in application-focused projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and tools.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira (experience with Project Online and SAP Project Management modules highly regarded).

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, taking initiative to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
