About the role

A Project Manager role focused on delivering projects from start up through to closure. Work sits within a hybrid PRINCE2 and Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end to end project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts aligned with PRINCE2 governance.
• Work closely with advisors and stakeholders to support governance and delivery.
• Engage project team members and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Deliver high quality outputs while meeting organisational standards.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues. Develop treatment strategies and escalate when required.
• Monitor and report on progress against scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Support benefits realisation aligned with agreed objectives.
• Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour with a focus on continuous development.
• Meet quarterly Key Performance Indicators when applicable.
• Undertake other duties as required.

Highly desirable criteria

• Recent experience delivering projects within a complex Agile environment.
• Current experience across both public and private sector settings.

Desirable criteria

• Experience working within hybrid PRINCE2 and Agile delivery models.
• Experience operating within structured governance frameworks.

Skills and experience

• Proven delivery of projects to agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Hands on experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across delivery teams.
• Experience preparing project documentation and status reporting.
