About the Role
Our client is embarking on a significant business transformation program to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across the organisation.
We are seeking a Project Administrator / Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the program team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a structured way. You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and effectively, while gaining valuable exposure to a large-scale transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Project Managers and the program team.
- Coordinate project schedules, book meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes and actions.
- Maintain and update project documentation, registers, and shared repositories.
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date.
- Prepare progress reports, status summaries, and stakeholder updates.
- Assist with workshop and event logistics, including preparation of materials, room/virtual setup, and action follow-ups.
- Act as a central point of contact for administrative queries, ensuring smooth communication and information flow across the program.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a coordinator, or project support role, ideally within a technology or transformation environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience managing shared folders or project tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear documentation and reports.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
