We’re currently partnering with a leading organisation on a high-profile project and are looking for an experienced SAP TM Technical Consultant to join their team on contract. This role will suit someone who can hit the ground running, bring deep technical expertise, and enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll be working closely with SMEs and functional consultants on a business-critical program of work. Your focus will be on designing, building and delivering SAP TM solutions that enable new billing capabilities, streamline integrations, and prepare the business for an upcoming transition to S/4HANA. This is a chance to contribute to a major transformation project with real impact, while working alongside a highly skilled team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering design, build, development and testing of SAP TM solutions, including custom enhancements
• Developing and optimising billing functionality and charge calculation logic
• TM integration with ECC (invoice generation, forwarding settlement, data mapping)
• Building and supporting interfaces between SAP TM, ECC, and non-SAP systems
• Creating reports and enhancements to support business operations and decision-making
• Assisting with data conversion and ensuring smooth integration across systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving SAP TM technical issues
• Supporting the roadmap to S/4HANA with integrated SAP TM

What We’re Looking For

• Strong ABAP development experience (BOBF, debugging, performance tuning)
• Proven expertise in SAP TM, with exposure to LE, SD, and FI integration
• Hands-on experience developing WRICEF objects, BAPI/BADI, EDI/ALE, and API interfaces
• Knowledge of business partner replication, forwarding agreements, freight orders, and invoice outputs/forms
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and deliver outcomes in a project setting
