About the role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Scrum Master to support the delivery of a large-scale Risk Remediation Program. This program aims to modernise core applications and databases, enabling the retirement of legacy systems and improving integration across critical platforms. This role will suit a technically minded delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced, outcomes-driven environments. You will work closely with solution architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery across multiple technical workstreams, driving collaboration and focus on measurable outcomes.
Coordinate Jira boards and Confluence spaces to ensure visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Partner with solution architects and technical leads to ensure delivery aligns with modern integration, cloud, and data strategies.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and technical discussions that promote continuous improvement.
Identify delivery risks early and proactively drive resolutions through effective prioritisation and communication.
Support documentation and traceability of integration patterns, platform migrations, and system interoperability.
Coach team members in Agile practices to improve delivery efficiency and technical quality.
Skills and experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in complex enterprise or transformation environments.
Solid technical background, ideally with experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Developer.
Strong understanding of integration architectures, including API-based and event-driven models.
Experience with Azure Cloud Services (including API Management), and preferably Confluent Kafka.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for delivery coordination and workflow management.
Experience working within structured governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable
Exposure to spatial or geospatial data systems.
Familiarity with AWS alongside Azure.
Experience with process modelling tools such as Signavio.
Understanding of enterprise security, data governance, and compliance principles.
