As their Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be the strategic connector, joining the dots between people, platforms, processes, and data to ensure each initiative is delivered with precision and impact.

About the Role

You’ll be embedded in a major digital uplift, working across multiple interconnected initiatives that modernise platforms, strengthen customer identity foundations, and elevate customer experience. Your role is to shape clear, actionable requirements, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure each enhancement or migration contributes to a more seamless, secure, and data-rich customer ecosystem.

You will:

• Shape requirements for digital platform enhancements and potential migration work
• Support uplift of authentication capabilities, ensuring secure, modernised access for users
• Contribute to building a unified customer view and improving data quality
• Help resolve identity duplication, loyalty accuracy, and offer management improvements
• Define consent and preference management needs across marketing and data systems
• Guide integration points to ensure smooth alignment between platforms and processes
• Bring clarity to scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple parallel streams

About You

You’re someone who brings structure to ambiguity and guides teams confidently through complex digital change. You move easily between shaping platform requirements, resolving customer-data challenges, and helping technical and business stakeholders align on clear outcomes. You get to the heart of problems quickly, ask sharp questions, and keep customer experience central to your thinking. You’re comfortable working across intersecting streams like identity, CRM uplift, consent management, and digital experience projects, and you thrive in environments where priorities move quickly and your ability to connect the dots really matters.

You'll bring:

• Experience delivering analysis across digital, customer, or platform-driven projects
• Strong capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation
• Familiarity with CRM uplift, identity challenges, consent management, or loyalty programs
• Comfort working through authentication or system migration work
• Highly collaborative approach with a proactive, outcome-driven mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, high-change environments
