We’re partnering with a leading organisation to find a Senior Business Analyst to join their team and lead the transformation of their Time & Attendance systems using UKG Workforce Pro.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable solutions for Time & Attendance and workforce management.
• Analyse data including labour costs, forecasts, and timekeeping trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Produce clear functional specifications, process maps, and reports for stakeholders at all levels — from frontline supervisors to executives.
• Ensure company practices comply with Australian labour laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to drive solutions and simplify complex technical information.

About you

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Time & Attendance, Payroll, or Workforce Management systems.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Pro / Kronos is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Australian labour laws and workforce compliance requirements.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and developing user stories.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
