About the Role
As Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and sustaining change initiatives that drive new ways of working. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and project teams to understand impacts, foster engagement, and ensure smooth transitions. Your focus will be on building capability, reducing disruption, and supporting long-term business readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead comprehensive change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness support.
- Conduct impact assessments to anticipate challenges and develop practical risk mitigation plans.
- Create targeted communication materials that promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of change initiatives.
- Shape and enhance change management frameworks to ensure consistency and best practice.
- Coach leaders and teams to build resilience and ownership through the change process.
- Drive the growth and maturity of the organisation’s Business Readiness practice.
About You
You are a confident change champion who thrives on guiding people through periods of transition. You bring clarity, energy, and structure to the change journey, earning trust and building momentum along the way. Your strategic mindset, coupled with hands-on delivery skills, makes you a true enabler of lasting business success.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering organisational change, business transformation, or development initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Background in implementing behavioural, process, and technology change.
- Familiarity with project management and change governance frameworks.
- Experience creating communities of practice or similar collaborative forums (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, with formal training or certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) highly regarded
