About the role
Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and champion the adoption and implementation of a new HR and Finance system.
Key responsibilities

Oversee the shift from the current HR and Finance system.

Approach the market, handle the tender process for selecting the new system, and manage relationships with vendors.

Utilize extensive experience working with the federal government to ensure compliance and smooth implementation of the new system.

Employ strong communication and negotiation skills to manage conflicts between technical and business areas effectively.

Proven ability to approach the market, handle tender processes, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in leading the implementation and transition of finance and HR systems.

Comprehensive background working with federal government departments, ensuring compliance and seamless integration within governmental frameworks.

Exceptional ability to manage conflicts and foster collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
