About the role
The team is seeking highly experienced full-stack developers who specialise in Sitecore to work across several small projects, ongoing enhancements and BAU. The successful applicants will work as part of an agile multi-disciplinary team, delivering against a prioritised backlog of work.

Highly desirable

• Create highly functional, visually rich interfaces that are both usable and accessible across all common browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business.gov.au brand guidelines, design systems and compliance with accessibility standards
• Work with product owners, delivery teams, UX and designers to ensure a consistent experience for customers at every touchpoint, across multiple services/products.
• Provide advice and guidance to content and delivery teams for best practice utilisation of the Sitecore CMS.
• Implement the necessary ongoing Sitecore monitoring and upgrades to best utilise the enterprise modules within Sitecore with a view to implement advanced technologies to harness improved experiences and efficiencies according to the department’s direction.

Highly desirable

• Experience working at pace both independently and as part of an Agile multi-disciplinary team
• Experience in developing for multiple browsers and devices, and meeting accessibility standards
• Experience with Azure PaaS Cloud or equivalent cloud technology
• Minimum 2 years’ experience developing on the Sitecore platform from v9 upwards Experience developing web and frontend applications using the following technology stack:

• Modern JS Frameworks
• CSS
• HTML
