About the role

We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to support delivery of the MyHR Home system and related applications. You will work with technical and business teams to ensure high quality releases across complex enterprise environments.
 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Perform system, integration and regression tests
  • Analyse MyHR requirements and build test cases
  • Log defects, prioritise and track resolution
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams
  • Support automation and data migration activities

 

Highly desirable criteria

 

  • HR system test experience
  • Integration with financial/payment systems
  • Enterprise custom software test experience
  • Automation VBScript or Python
  • DevOps tools and UFT One

 

Desirable criteria

 

  • Offsite external providers experience
  • ISTQB/CSTP certification
  • Data migration exposure
  • Test estimation and plan input
  • Contemporary test methodologies

 

Skills and experience

 

  • IT degree or equivalent
  • HR systems test background
  • Integration test experience financial/payment systems
  • ISTQB/CSTP certification
  • Automation VBScript/Python, UFT One, DevOps
