Service Centre Consultant- End User Support

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Service Centre Consultants to join a high-performing End User Support team within a large, well-established organisation. In this frontline role, you’ll be the first point of contact, providing technical support and outstanding service to internal users across a complex IT environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional support in a service centre setting, managing enquiries, incidents and service requests.

  • Act as a single point of contact for end-user issues, following established processes and escalating when required.

  • Troubleshoot technical problems across a range of platforms, aiming for swift and effective resolutions.

  • Embrace change with a solutions-focused attitude and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

About you

  • You’re a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • You’ve previously worked in a service desk or service centre role, ideally within a large-scale enterprise environment.

  • You’re resilient, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • You understand the ITIL V3 framework (certification desirable).

  • Experience supporting IT systems in the banking or insurance sectors will be highly regarded.

  • You have working knowledge of Unix, Windows 10, Cisco technologies, and Office 365.

  • You’re flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including after-hours and weekends.
