We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support strategic initiatives focused on maximising the use of Microsoft 365 (M365) across both school and corporate environments. This role will play a pivotal part in designing integration strategies, improving communication and change management, and enhancing security posture within a complex, multi-site setting. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure M365 solutions are effectively aligned with organisational needs, driving improved collaboration, security, and reporting capabilities.
Assess current M365 utilisation across school and corporate environments, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement integration strategies to optimise M365 tools and processes.
Enhance communication and change management practices around M365 updates, leveraging Microsoft Message Centre and related tools.
Design tailored M365 solutions to meet school-specific requirements, particularly for offsite activities and emergency coordination.
Strengthen the organisation’s security posture through improved use of Microsoft Defender and best-practice frameworks.
Create executive reporting frameworks, including visual roadmaps, key metrics, and strategic updates.
Extensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 architecture and integration solutions.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Defender and enterprise-level security management.
Proven capability in stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with the ability to create clear executive dashboards and strategic updates.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes across complex environments.
Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
A proactive and innovative approach to solution design and delivery.
Experience supporting M365 adoption within education, government, or enterprise settings.
