We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major transformation program spanning cloud (AWS), data & integration, and infrastructure/cutover activities.
We’re seeking an experienced Solution Delivery Lead to drive delivery across multiple technical workstreams and vendors in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can confidently navigate both technical delivery and senior stakeholder engagement – maintaining momentum, removing blockers, and aligning teams across a complex transformation landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across cloud, infrastructure, and data/integration workstreams
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to drive outcomes
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Embed agile delivery practices and effective ways of working
- Partner with program, technical, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
About You
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Solution Delivery Lead or Technical PM
- Strong enterprise transformation experience
- Solid understanding of AWS/cloud, infrastructure, and integration environments
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable operating across technical and business conversations
- Insurance or financial services experience highly regarded
