Exclaim IT is partnering with a prominent Brisbane organisation to source an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer for a full time opportunity. This is a senior, hands-on role with genuine scope to influence technical direction and deliver solutions that have real, lasting impact.

The Role

You'll lead the design, development, and support of modern applications across a complex, multi-site environment. Working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you'll translate business requirements into robust, scalable software while contributing to strategy, mentoring team members, and producing technical documentation for key projects.

Technical Requirements

Strong, demonstrable experience in React and .NET is essential for this role. Candidates with Flutter experience will be viewed favourably. You should also be comfortable working across cloud platforms and applying modern development practices throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

About You

You bring solid senior-level full stack experience and can operate confidently across both development and stakeholder engagement. Relevant tertiary qualifications are well regarded but not essential where experience is strong. You must be eligible to work in Australia and able to satisfy background screening requirements prior to commencement.
