Overview

Our commercial client is in an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to play a key role in driving their business forward. This role will see you collaborating closely with the Systems team and Business Analysts to execute their Group Systems Improvement Plan and deliver on meaningful project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Systems team and Business Analysts to execute the Group Systems Improvement Plan effectively.
• Provide daily management of support tickets, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing strategic, long-term solutions for our core systems.
• Design and develop customized reports that meet end-user requirements, utilizing built-in reporting tools as well as Power BI and SQL Server.
• Oversee and manage system change requests, analyzing needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, build, and maintain integrations between applications, optimizing processes and reducing manual data entry.
• Support configuration and implementation of new applications to align with evolving business needs.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, with demonstrated project work.
• Proven expertise with ERP or operational systems in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• In-depth Power BI expertise, SQL proficiency, and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach to resolving complex issues.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic business environment.
