We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic technical projects that drive organisational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, influence strategic direction, and ensure high-quality outcomes across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical initiatives across IT projects, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
• Provide expert technical advice to enhance efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and stakeholders to define technical scope and requirements.
• Manage and inspire technical delivery teams and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategic processes, including risk management, contingency planning, and change management.
• Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, fostering innovation and best practice.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions and deliver outcomes that optimise ROI.
• Conduct workforce planning, setting milestones, deliverables, and clear team objectives.

• Eligibility to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card for working with children.
• Ability to provide proof of identity as part of the interview process.
• Current and valid Queensland Driver’s Licence.
