Role responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of skilled Engineers, including training, performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring
• Oversee the development and maintenance of cloud architecture and network engineering solutions
• Drive strategic planning initiatives to enhance technical service delivery
• Conduct comprehensive ISMS risk and control reviews to maintain compliance and security standards
• Handle security escalations promptly and effectively, maintaining the integrity of systems and data
• Collaborate with and present to both internal and external stakeholders of various backgrounds 

Skills and experience

• ISO27001 certification and a deep understanding of ISMS risks and controls 
• 3+ years experience managing IT Infrastructure with a proven track record of success
• 3+ years experience managing technical teams promoting professional development and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in architecting, deploying, and managing AWS solutions, demonstrating strong cloud competency
• Competency in deploying and managing web-based solutions with a strong grasp of security best practices
• Hands-on experience with complex server and cloud migrations, delivering seamless transitions
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
