About the role

You will support product quality for court-related systems through structured testing across system, integration, regression and user acceptance phases. You will work with business and technical teams to validate requirements, manage defects, prepare test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system, regression and integration test scripts for BAU products.
• Execute system, regression and integration testing, including defect logging, prioritisation and management.
• Work with team members to prepare for testing and resolve issues to meet testing deadlines.
• Support test planning, including automation planning, scheduling and reporting.
• Maintain testing procedures and documentation.
• Monitor testing progress, risks and issues and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage UAT, including securing business resources and confirming final acceptance.

Highly desirable criteria

• Experience testing in environments focused on UX, accessibility, data privacy and security.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and work with developers to resolve defects.

Desirable criteria

• Experience with court, legal or government digital systems.
• Exposure to automation approaches and tools.

Skills and experience

• System, integration, regression and UAT experience in complex environments.
• Ability to interpret functional requirements and design documents to create aligned test scenarios.
• Experience working in agile teams with strong communication, collaboration and adaptability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and secure testing resources.
• Clear and concise communication with technical and business stakeholders.
