Are you a seasoned Test Manager with a proven record of success across large, complex programs in the Insurance or Financial Services sector? We’re partnering with a leading enterprise client seeking a strong leader to drive testing excellence and governance across multiple streams of work.

About the Role

As the Test Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end testing delivery at a program level, ensuring alignment with quality standards and governance frameworks. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, technical leads, and project managers to define strategy, oversee execution, and ensure all deliverables meet business and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Test Strategy and Test Plans
• Oversee and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) activities
• Manage defect triage and resolution processes
• Ensure utilisation of defined test methods, tools, and frameworks
• Define, track, and report quality metrics, risks, and outcomes
• Prepare and present test summary reports to leadership
• Drive a culture of quality and accountability across project teams

Key Skills & Experience

•  Demonstrated tenure as a contractor (proven history of completing large-scale engagements)
•  Extensive Insurance or Financial Services experience
•  Strong Project Governance and risk management capabilities
•  Proven leadership experience managing test teams and vendors
•  Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills
•  Experience working at a program or portfolio level
