About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to lead the design and delivery of high-quality learning solutions supporting a major transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA and associated critical systems. This is a pivotal role within a large transformation program, ensuring end users are confident, capable and ready to adopt new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall training strategy and detailed training plan.
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis across impacted roles and user groups.
• Design, develop and maintain fit-for-purpose learning materials, including user guides, quick reference guides, eLearning modules and instructional videos.
• Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple formats — face-to-face, virtual and blended learning.
• Develop training schedules and manage delivery logistics.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and embed feedback for continuous improvement.
• Align the training program with the SAP Activate methodology and key project milestones.
• Partner with the Change Manager to ensure alignment between training, stakeholder engagement and broader change strategies.

Highly Desirable Criteria

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience delivering training across integrated systems such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAS (budgeting and reporting), payment platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Experience working within government or highly regulated environments.
• SAP Learning Journeys certification.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience supporting large-scale digital or ERP transformation programs.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Experience working within complex, multi-stream project environments.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience designing and delivering SAP training programs (S/4HANA strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance (FI), Asset Management and related modules.
• Demonstrated capability in creating high-quality learning artefacts using contemporary authoring tools.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across diverse learner groups.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
